67 Albert Avenue - Chatswood NSW
An exciting new commercial tower addition along side the Sage Building site leased by Corval and owned by Council on 67 Albert Avenue Site in Chatswood.
Alvin Sim now principal at 7identities, had the pleasure of designing and managing this beautiful building whilst at fitzpatrick+partners. The design concept came from the idea of the garden terracotta pot sitting along side the Garden of Remembrance. Hopefully bringing some warmth and colour back to Chatswood CBD. This building was designed to be a hybrid structure (timber & steel) and would be one of the tallest timber structure in Sydney.
